My continuing life journey has seen me buy and set up the BizSmart franchise in Gloucestershire.

Throughout my working life I have always had a passion for helping people and being inspired to see them achieve amazing things. My ongoing Lean journey saw me come across the 2 Second Lean approach, and at its core of Lean is to Grow people.

That phrase has inspired me to find like minded business, which unfortunately are so few. With me setting up my coaching business and joining The Human Business accreditation, I will strive all the time to ensure people and the planet are at the heart of what I do and how I coach businesses.

My aim is to: 1) Grow people, 2) Deliver excellence,  3) Scale-up all of which I define as Business Joy.
