Your Booking Confirmation

Thank you for booking a place on our upcoming ‘Permission to be Human’ event.

We have just sent you an email confirming your booking to the email address you provided.

If you have not received it within a couple of hours please email us at

The actual link to the event will be sent to you at 6.00pm on the Monday prior to it.

In the meantime here’s some information about the event and what you can expect.

Firstly, this isn’t a lecture or a presentation, it’s more of a community building event between likeminded people.

The workshop is based upon the findings of our Wellbeing and The Future of Work survey.

(a copy of our report can be found here)

We are committed to creating a “psychologically safe space” for everyone who attends our workshop. Therefore for you to get the most benefit from the experience and create a genuine connection with the other attendees we resepectfull ask you to agree to the following:

  • End to End Attendance: Please be prepared to be present from beginning to end.
  • Be Stationary: Please be prepared to participate from a stationary spot. Participation from a moving vehicle, while on a walk, etc. will not work for this type of experience.
  • Full Engagement: Please have both your video and audio on through your computer/laptop/mobile.
  • Fully Present: Please eliminate notifications, distractions, or anything that will take your attention away from the experience.

A Safe Space

Even at the best of times a business event can be a “scary place” for some people. When you therefore add an online element to the mix you potentially have a perfect storm for making people feel uncomfortable, not relaxing and so not getting the most out their participation.

The Start Time

The doors will open at 4:00pm and the event starts promptly at 4:15pm.

Please look to arrive in good time as for security reasons we cannot allow late comers to enter the event once it has started.

The End Time

The evening will end promptly at 6.00pm.

Dress Code

Whilst the event is being held online (and so you’re probably going to be in the comfort of your own home) we recommend you come dressed to the event in what you would feel most comfortable in if you were meeting someone for the first time in a coffee shop.

What has always made our events different is that we focus on the principle that people buy from people they know like and trust. Which in practical terms simply means no branded logos either as part of a virtual background OR next to your name.

There will be an opportunity for you to connect with the other people in the room but we’ll explain more about that on the night.

So please just leave your brand behind, come along as yourself and start getting to know the other attendees as HUMANS!!!!!

Finally, relax and enjoy

Although this is a business meeting we want you to relax and enjoy the evening socially as well. So please feel free to bring a drink and some nibbles with you.

If you have any questions feel free to email us at

We look forward to seeing you at the event.
