IT’S TIME FOR A DIFFERENT APPROACH!
Through a blend of regular online monthly meetings and training we offer a unique space for small business owners to explore new perspectives and approaches to the challenges they face. To develop deep and meaningful connections with other similar minded business owners and in doing so find a genuine sustainable balance between financial success and personal wellbeing.
Today businesses across all sectors and of all sizes are facing numerous challenges but the common thread that links all of these challenges together is people. It is people who ultimately must face them and it’s people who will have to overcome them.
And whilst it might be a longstanding idea or belief that emotions should be kept out of the workplace – that whatever’s going on in our personal life, we should leave it at home so we can bring our most ‘productive self’ to work – through a period when home has become work and people have become so exhausted they couldn’t possibly leave their personal experiences at the door any more — it’s clear that this old-fashioned idea can’t hold up much longer.

Whilst business success has always been about relationships, today’s business success is all about developing the kind of relationships, the kind of connections that will genuinely support you and your business and that’s all about building trust.
We meet on the second Tuesday of every month to support those business professionals who want to create genuine trusted relationships with like-minded individuals.
